Jigsaw
Jigsaw is a mental health charity that provides free therapy and support to young people living in Ireland. They work with young people aged 12 to 25 – both online and in person . They have multiple locations across Ireland.
Teen Line Ireland
Teenline is a national active listening service for children and young people up to the age of 18.
It is free, confidential, non-directive and non-judgmental. (24/7/365 service)
SpunOut
Youth information website created by young people, for young people. It has articles and information on many topics, including mental health.

Operated by SpunOut, Text About It is a free, anonymous 24/7 text services for a safe space where you’re listened to by a trained volunteer. Help sort your feelings until you feel like you are in a safe space by texting back and forth.

As part of YTI's Wellbeing Programme, they have created directories of local and national supports for any Young Person looking for help or advice. Find online and in-person resources by your specific county.
Regional Mental Health Resources
Below are some regional mental health resources and supports for you or to share with those who might be experiencing mental health difficulties.
Youth Work Ireland (Tuam, Ballinasloe, Loughrea)
Free youth support service for those aged 12-21. Also offers free counselling services by fully qualified counselors working specifically with young people.
Breffni Family Resource Centre, Carrick-on- Shannon
A community based project
to provide relevant family-based supports. Programmes include a youth cafe, self-care programmes and counselling for adults
and children.
Roscommon Young Carers Project
Supporting young people who are caring for a family member with a physical or mental health challenge.
Mohill Family Support Centre
Offers support through various activities, supports and programmes. Services for children and young people include a youth cafe, mental health programmes and more.
Mind Space Mayo
A space for young people to call in, get information or have a chat one–to-one with a support worker. They also provide information and advice to anyone who is worried about a friend or young person in their life.

IMROC and Recovery Colleges
Imroc is a charity that exists outside traditional systems to challenge and improve existing services and generate new cultures and practices around mental health. IMROC hosts and uplifts new research, ideas and experience sharing around mental health recovery and the structures that exist to support it. Learn more by clicking the picture above.
WHO QualityRights e-training on mental health
The QualityRights e-training covers: taking care of one’s own mental health; supporting others; tackling stigma, discrimination, abuse and coercion in mental health services; and taking action in support of transformation of mental health services towards a person-centred, rights-based recovery approach. This course is free and open to anyone.
